Our Cioppino will be unavailable for the next two weeks while we are re-ordering some of our packaging materials. If you place your order on line, we will contact you by mid July in regards to shipping & delivery date. No sooner.
PLEASE READ OUR SHIPPING PROCEDURES BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER
Our fresh and frozen foods are processed and shipped out within 7 working days from receiving the order on our website. Any order's placed on the weekends or holiday's will not be processed until the next UPS shipping day. If you need an order shipped out A.S.A.P. please note it in our "Special Instructions" column and specify your instructions. We ship out products out on Monday's, Tuesday's, and Wednesday's ONLY.
The orders will arrive on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. We will do out best to assure your order will be shipped out, as soon as we get approval on the shipping.
Shipping fees are calculated according to weight of product and distance. We have a variety of different products that we ship so we are unable to put shipping amounts on our website.
We will either call or email you within 2 working days from placing your order with a shipping amount. As soon as we hear from you with approval we will process and ship out your order on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
Note: We do not ship any orders without shipping approval under any circumstance. Credit Cards will be charged the day of shipping. Any problems with credit cards will delay shipping.
Our Cioppino and other frozen products we carry are perishable. We apologize for our shipping procedures. We want you to experience our food the way it should be experienced.
